How can we help?

Quick answers for gameplay, progress, purchases, Game Center, advertising, settings, and supported devices.

How do I start a game?

Open the Play tab, choose Easy, Medium, Hard, or Expert, then select Classic or Time Attack. The Daily tab contains the current Daily Challenge. Premium players can also open Zen and Custom.

Can I restore a game after closing the app?

Yes. Memory Matching saves an active-board snapshot locally and restores valid interrupted games. If local storage is unavailable or a save fails, the app shows a visible warning or retry action instead of silently deleting your data.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases are permanent non-consumables tied to the Apple ID used for the transaction. Local test prices on this website are not shown because the App Store’s localized price is authoritative.

Why did I see an ad?

The free version can show an eligible interstitial only after a completed board, at a user-initiated results transition, after the configured completion threshold and cooldown, and never in the first session. Rewarded ads are voluntary and describe the reward before you choose.

How do I report an inappropriate ad?

Open Settings, then Ads & Privacy. The Report Last Ad section can prepare a report containing the placement, approximate time, response identifier when available, and app version. You decide whether to share or send that report.

Is Game Center required?

No. Game Center is optional. Local play, results, progress, and rewards continue without it. When connected, only eligible unassisted Classic and Time Attack results enter competitive leaderboards.

How do I reduce sound, haptics, or animation?

Open Settings to turn sound and haptics off independently or enable Reduce Animations. The app also responds to the system reduced-motion setting and supports Dynamic Type.

What happens when I reset progress?

Reset removes local gameplay, coins, themes earned with coins, statistics, pending Game Center submissions, and import state. App Store purchase ownership remains. Results already posted to Game Center cannot be erased from inside Memory Matching.

Which devices are supported?

Memory Matching supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. The confirmed language is English.
