Using Memory Matching
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with Apple’s App Store rules and applicable law. Do not interfere with the app, advertising services, StoreKit, or other systems; attempt to obtain rewards or purchases fraudulently; or redistribute the app except through an authorized store.
Purchases
The app offers permanent, non-consumable purchases. Prices, taxes, billing, refunds, and purchase availability are handled by Apple and may vary by storefront. Access depends on purchase ownership verified through Apple’s StoreKit and RevenueCat. Family Sharing is disabled for version 1.
Ads and optional rewards
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion, and duplicate callbacks do not repeat a reward. Interstitial ads are limited to eligible transitions after completed boards and never interrupt active gameplay.
Analytics
The app uses PostHog to measure allowlisted product-usage events under a random, pseudonymous device identifier. The analytics configuration does not use an in-app account, person profiles, interface capture, session replay, or automatic error capture. The information collected and the choices available to you are described in the Privacy Policy.
Daily Quest reminders
Daily Quest reminders are optional local notifications scheduled by Apple on your device after you choose to enable them. They depend on notification permission, device settings, and the operating system and are not guaranteed to arrive. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
Local progress and Game Center
Progress is stored locally and version 1 provides no in-app account, backup, or cloud save. Optional Game Center can receive eligible scores and achievement progress but is not a copy of your local save. The app attempts to preserve local data, but local data can still be lost through device failure, app removal, operating-system behavior, or a user-requested reset.
Competitive leaderboards exclude assisted and legacy-unknown scores. Local reset clears pending submissions and import state but cannot erase scores or achievements already posted to Apple.
Availability and changes
The app may change or become unavailable. Features that rely on Apple, Game Center, Google, internet access, advertising inventory, or consent services may be temporarily unavailable. Core matching gameplay remains available without an in-app account.
